This page provides a general overview and is not a substitute for legal advice.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to accept these terms for them.
2. About us & licensing
Intel Lab Diagnostics LLC ("Intel Lab", "we", "us") is a medical laboratory licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA License 0046381) and operating under UAE law. We operate our laboratory in accordance with applicable DHA regulation and recognised quality standards.
3. Our services
We provide medical laboratory testing, including individual biomarker tests and bundled packages, with optional home sample collection across the UAE. Availability of specific tests, packages, and collection areas may change. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide a service where we are not licensed or able to do so.
4. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old to book for yourself. Testing of a minor must be arranged and consented to by a parent or legal guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate, current information.
5. Bookings, pricing & payment
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. Payment is taken through our payment provider: your card details are entered directly with, and held by, that provider under the PCI DSS security standard and never touch our systems, and by paying you also accept the payment provider's applicable terms for that transaction. The final amount payable is calculated and confirmed by us at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate booking, contact, and payment information.
6. Home sample collection
Where you choose home collection, you agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the collection address at the scheduled time and to ensure the patient is available and has followed any preparation instructions. A home-collection / call-out fee may apply. If our phlebotomist cannot complete the collection because the patient is unavailable or the address is inaccessible, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
7. Consent to testing & sample collection
By proceeding with a booking, you consent to the collection of the required sample (for example, a blood draw by venipuncture) and to the testing you have ordered. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have followed any preparation instructions, which help ensure reliable results.
8. Test results & not medical advice
Results and any accompanying insights are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding your results and any health decisions. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
9. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are handled according to the stage your booking has reached and whether a sample has been collected or processed. Full details — including refund eligibility by stage, timelines, no-shows, and lab-side sample issues — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate identity, contact, and health information;
- Follow any preparation instructions (e.g. fasting) before sample collection;
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential;
- Use the website and our services lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse them.
11. Intellectual property & third-party trademarks
All content on this website — including text, graphics, our logo, and software — is the property of Intel Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.
All other names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this website — including those of our partners, accreditation and licensing bodies (such as the DHA and ISO), the DHA's NABIDH health information exchange, payment providers, and any other third parties — are the property of their respective owners. They are displayed for identification and informational purposes only, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship beyond any relationship expressly stated on the site.
12. Third-party services & availability
Our website and booking experience are delivered with the support of specialist third-party providers, each engaged for a specific function — web hosting and content delivery, security and bot protection, secure login and data storage (the authentication and database provider), payment processing (the payment provider), transactional email delivery, address lookup for home collection, analytics, and error monitoring. What personal data each of these functional providers handles is described in our Privacy Policy.
Each provider's service is governed by its own terms and privacy practices, and where you interact with a provider directly — for example, entering card details with the payment provider at checkout — those terms apply to that interaction alongside ours. While we select reputable providers and hold them to contractual security and data-protection obligations, we do not control their infrastructure and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, delays, or failures originating in a third-party service, although we will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service and assist you. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services linked from ours.
13. Regulatory compliance & your data
As a DHA-licensed facility, we handle your data in line with UAE health-data regulation and, where required, share relevant patient and result data with the Dubai Health Authority's NABIDH health information exchange. How we collect, store, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out our data breach response and notification procedure, including how incidents occurring at our third-party providers are handled and where responsibility for them lies.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intel Lab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on information provided for general informational purposes. To the same extent, Intel Lab is not liable for loss arising from a service interruption or security incident that originates within a third-party provider's own systems (see section 12 and our Privacy Policy), provided we have complied with our own obligations under applicable law, including our duty to select reputable providers and to respond to incidents as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, including liability relating to the provision of licensed medical services.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Intel Lab against reasonable losses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or inaccurate information you provide, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
