Fasting Requirements
Comprehensive panels need 10–12 hours of strict fasting. Plain water is fine — skip food, coffee, tea, juices, and soft drinks.
Hydration Protocol
Drink plenty of plain water before sample collection — good hydration expands blood volume and makes veins easier to locate.
Medications & Supplements
Always consult your physician before altering your routine — biotin and other vitamin supplements can interfere with hormone assay results.
