We test patients of all ages. Minors are tested with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

Yes. A trained phlebotomist can come to you across Dubai and surrounding emirates, 7 days a week. Enter your address during booking to confirm coverage.
Our core Dubai laboratory operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Home-collection slots are available daily — pick a time that suits you during booking.
Yes. Manage your booking from My Bookings, or contact our team. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can free the slot for someone else.

Yes. Use the Custom Test Builder to combine any individual biomarkers into a bespoke panel and pay only for what you select.
A single test measures one marker; a bundle groups related markers into one curated panel, usually at a better price than ordering each marker separately.
Preparing for testing
How to get ready before your visit.
Some tests — such as glucose, lipid profile, and insulin — require 8–12 hours of fasting. Your specific fasting instructions are shown when you book.
In most cases yes, but some medications and supplements (e.g. biotin) can affect results. Check with your clinician and let us know what you're taking.
Bring a valid photo ID, your booking reference, and any previous reports you'd like us to compare against.
Stay well hydrated, eat normally unless fasting is required, and let our phlebotomist know — they're experienced at making the draw quick and comfortable.
Understanding your results
Turnaround, delivery, and what it all means.
Most results are ready within 24 hours. Some specialised tests take 48–72 hours. You'll be notified the moment your report is available.
Securely, through your account on our site, with an optional notification by email. Your report is available to download any time.
Every report includes reference ranges and plain-language notes. For deeper questions, our team can arrange a clinician review.
Yes. Your data is encrypted and access-controlled. Only you and the clinicians involved in your care can view your results.
